You guys need to read history and what caused revolution. We have boiling communist revolution right now. All cheered on by the Marxist in chief.

His actions are purposeful. Learn from history and do not let it repeat or at least be prepared and learn from history.

Obama is not a Marxist; he is owned by the corporations.

Revolution tipping points

With so many hot spots in the country ready to start riots and full scale revolt that will spread across like wild fire.

Like to list them here:

Long Island - High bridge tolls

Chicago - Highest Gas prices in country

Alabama - High water bills

Countries go to Chinese Yaun instead of U.S. Dollar

The cool thing about the United States, is that each 1 of the 50 states is a little bit different than the rest with local government, ethnic mix, culture and heritage, and climate. Then you look at counties in each state and there are differences there as far as what is available, taxes, local economy.

When you don't like something in the tiny location you reside, you go elsewhere. Amazing we can do this. Opportunity everywhere.

Have you been keeping up with anything?

People can't move about the country.

They are locked in with underwater mortgages, lack of money to move because either they are jobless or underemployed.

And get a job?

Sure. Its what I did. Its what everyone in my family has done.

Let's look at unemployment in the last 30 years:

Back 30 years ago we had a spike in unemployment higher than what we had in 2010. 2010 really sucked, with it dropping a little bit in 2011:

I like this trend:

Here's the latest report from BLS:

http://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/empsit.pdf

Some interesting snippets:

Among the marginally attached, there were 1.1 million discouraged workers in November, a decrease
of 186,000 from a year earlier. (The data are not seasonally adjusted.) Discouraged workers are persons
not currently looking for work because they believe no jobs are available for them. The remaining 1.5
million persons marginally attached to the labor force in November had not searched for work in the 4
weeks preceding the survey for reasons such as school attendance or family responsibilities.

1.1 million people not working for work at all just because they assume there are no jobs?

Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rate for adult men fell by 0.5 percentage point to
8.3 percent in November. The jobless rate for whites (7.6 percent) also declined, while the rates for adult
women (7.8 percent), teenagers (23.7 percent), blacks (15.5 percent), and Hispanics (11.4 percent)
- 2 -
showed little or no change. The jobless rate for Asians was 6.5 percent, not seasonally adjusted. (See
tables A-1, A-2, and A-3.)

Teenagers are counted in this? 23.7%?

Are undocumented immigrants counted in the surveys?

It is likely that both surveys include at least some undocumented immigrants. However, neither the
establishment nor the household survey is designed to identify the legal status of workers. Therefore, it
is not possible to determine how many are counted in either survey. The establishment survey does not
collect data on the legal status of workers. The household survey does include questions which identify
the foreign and native born, but it does not include questions about the legal status of the foreign born.

It says bridges as in plural

Try learning how to read
Mcowned was forced to tuck tail and change original post in this thread to remove the blatant lies made up about bridge tolls; now they are "high bridge tolls".

If only he was forced to correct the rest of the bullsh*t spewed the majority of his posts would have to be edited.

Long Island - High bridge tolls

there are absolutely ZERO bridge tolls paid to leave long island.

NONE
ZIP
ZILCH
ZERO

To go from Nassau County, to Queens, is 100% free ... you can take one of a hundred roads, including the Long Island Expressway, and the Northern State.

Take the 59th St. Bridge from Queens into Manhattan.. then the FDR drive to the GWB.. and into NJ without a toll.
Coming back... it's what.. $4 at the GWB?

Interesting. Does not seem right that residents would have to pay to get off of, or onto, the island, but that is merely an opinion. Out west, you rarely, if ever, see toll controlled roads or bridges. Of course as I type this the 520 bridge (longest floating bridge) across Lake Washington that connects Seattle and Bellevue just started electronic tolling today. I am not 100% certain, but I think it is for a set period to pay for a second 520 floating bridge that we desperately need.

Thanks for the info.

The staten island ferry is 100% free.
