Ricer's gone too far

So, this morning on my way to work I line up for the exit ramp from one freeway to another, when a heavily modified pickup truck merges ahead of me without signalling, on the limit of cutting me off. The truck is lowered, wheels sticking out at least 5 inches each side, chrome rims, you get the idea.

Since he didn't really cut me off, I chalk it up to his 'excellent' driving skills and continue behind him, wondering if he uses his blinkers at all. Just then I notice that I approach the truck at a very fast pace. I hit the brakes and slow down. Then I realize what's going on: moron has removed all tail lights completely. No brake lights, no blinkers, no backup lights, no tail lights whatsoever.

Now, this really pissed me off. What kind of sh!t is that? That's just asking for an accident and plain stupid. I got his license plate, but I don't know how to report this moron. This is in Bay Area, CA. Any ideas?

Update:: called CHP and reported him. They are going to send out a warning notice to the units.

Call your local police department and report him, that's very dangerous. Hopefully the cops will beat him a bit before impounding the car.

thinking about it, you could have rear ended him and have NOT been at fault because of him haveing no lights, then sue him get his crappy truck and burn it in the middle of the street

Do everyone else a favor, and call the local PD ASAP. You noticed, and didn't get in an accident, but who knows when someone will get slapped with a ticket, or badly injured, because this ass-clown doesn't have tail lights.

No. The whole rear end was just one white plate. The guy had no lights whatsoever except for very tiny narrow slots at the bottom, but those did not even look like lights - more like black strips of paint.

i seen a black car with Black tail lights and covering. When he hit the brakes you could bearly see the light at all. If it was not late evening i would have missed it. didnt think to call the PD but now wish i had.
