More like people who are partisan are offended by anything contrary to their world view.
I don't really get your point beyond you think Sanchez is too ethnic, you have a serious man-crush on Billy O', and you mostly watch Fox news shows for the bimboid eye-candy.Originally posted by: PJABBER
Wrong guy, wrong venue and wrong approach. He fails to sway anyone and comes off like an idiot. That is deadly in the media unless you are Perez or Paris Hilton. And he is not. At least the last time I looked.
He got into CNN as a possible counter to O'Reilly but NO ONE kicks the O Man!
I think he was a small time anchor/reporter in the Miami area before moving into the "big" time. He has been trying out a "tough guy" approach to his interviewing - he actually challenged the batty "Chief Organizer" of ACORN the other day and did as good a job as anyone has in holding her to account. Kudos for that.
He is a Cuban immigrant to the U.S. and I sometimes see him broadcasting in Spanish on CNN International. He also tries a lot of physical stunts, sort of like Gerardo Rivera. He is not just a talking head so I will give him that as well.
But I do think he is feeling that the CNN family is ready to send him back South to the Everglades and maybe replace him with one of those gorgeous blonds from FNN. Maybe he felt the need to renew his street creds.

So, then you feel Hannity wasn't very honest?
Option B: It was hyperbole. Harvey taught me that's the other way to lie.Originally posted by: UberNeuman
alchemize, don't.
It won't kill you to admit that Mr. Hannity presented a falsehood....

I don't know. I don't watch the crap on fox news. But in any case, he's a commentator.

Commentators are licensed to comment, not to lie. You're being an apologist for lying.
I already told you, I don't watch the crap on fox news.Originally posted by: UberNeuman

So, you'd admit that Mr. Hannity presented a false view?

All my training was from the right wing. Now I'm learning to lie like a left winger. It's more nuanced.Originally posted by: CallMeJoe
