I'm saying that you're doing a marvelous job of trying to puff this up into something it's not. Brazile wasn't revealing anything that she & the Clinton camp didn't already know about. She knew that when she did it. No advantage was gained. Or is that too simple?

And you're voting for Stein because she's the not Hillary, even though she's just a much nuttier & further left version of Hillary? Somebody who, if she got the job, wouldn't have the slightest idea what to do with it?

Funny that, particularly considering that you don't come across as being left leaning in the slightest.

So it doesn't matter what the scale of the wrongdoing was if you can rationalize that the outcome was minor?

I'm not democrat in the slightest if that's what you mean. I stopped agreeing with them the moment it became crystal clear that Obama was serving bush's third term.

Reactions: disappoint

So in your world, Obama = Bush? Anyone who continues a discussion with you is truly wasting their time on a moron.

Well, Bush did kill fewer citizens without trials, and he did jail fewer whistle blowers, i don't know how much white phosphorous he sold to backward regimes, but he did run up the debt less, and there's probably a few other ways that Obama has exceeded Bush. I suppose most people like the way Obama speaks better even if he does flub from time to time. GDP growth unfortunately just doesn't seem to be there with Obama despite a record run of emergency low rates and the amazing forced commerce package that is ppaca.

So I suppose there are some ways that Obama is worse than Bush.

Again "Knowing" is going for the most ironic name here.

I appreciate your candor, your personal attacks are an underrated and much needed improvement on this conversation.

The scale of the wrongdoing is in the results. In this case, there weren't any. What's the result of somebody telling you what you already know?

This mostly shows just how lean the outrage pickings have been for right wing propagandists. They're desperate.

On the other side of it, we have Trump, whose rhetoric & followers are corrosive to human decency & democracy itself. It feeds on negativity & conspiracy theory attitudes like your own.

So a uni student who knows there's going to be a test on the class material getting passed the exact questions isn't cheating?

Wow! The apologist is strong with this one.

If you've been to college you would know that teachers let you know what tests are going to cover. Not only that, but your "cheating" makes it sound like Hillary was passed the answer to the question. Wow, she knew a question that was going to be asked. A question that everyone already pretty much knows how she would answer.

What a revelation...lol

I don't think Jill will win, but I can vote for her with a clear conscience and in doing so hopefully force change within a generation showing that a third party can be feasible.

So your clear conscience is voting for a idiot anti-vaxxer who is actually farther to the left of Clinton? Even though you don't actually believe her position unless she is parroting stuff from RT? That sure makes sense.

Its weird that Orororororor whatever isn't talking about who republicans have been trying to suppress votes in areas that have a lot of democratic voters like in Wisconson. I guess until he gets something to copy/paste from 4chan/reddit he has nothing to say.

Then why do it? Why risk your reputation as head of the DNC to pass a question that apparently everyone but her one was going to be asked?

When did I say anything about RT? What even is this entire comment. Why do you think I know what is going on inside some other user's head? Why does it matter to you how left my candidate is?

Still trying to make it into something it's not, huh? Still puffing it up? Still pretending?

30,000 emails & this is all you can drag out of it to tear down the dirty Democrats? Pitiful.

Goalpost moving too? With a retreat? Great tactical move! Time to set up for the next play...
I can't argue against this because there's no rational, provable (disprovable) claim here. Please, make a specific criticism. Also, who marked the field?

So what you're saying now is that Donna sent this email at 10pm because she just got a wild feeling and not because she thought it would help the campaign?

It was pulling teeth to get you past the Russian hax0r conspiracy. I had to explain cryptographic signing to get you to accept that she actually sent this email (for no reason except to push electrons around because that's what makes her happy). Why on earth would I keep bothering when no matter how many times you're wrong, you still have one more excuse for the Hillary campaign's bad behavior?

You went from 'Obama is Bush's third term' to 'in some ways Obama is worse than Bush', IOW you planted your goalpost and then pulled it up and retreated, replanting it. The field just exists, it always has.

Next time if you want an explanation like this, you're on your own...

Then why do it? Why risk your reputation as head of the DNC to pass a question that apparently everyone but her one was going to be asked?

What risk? It was a damned question, not the ANSWER. Big fucking deal... to you, for some strange reason. Got that? It was a QUESTION. How in the hell do you cheat by knowing a question that you already know the answer to (as a candidate)?

Risk not found, nor anything else of merit.

Heh. Imagine running for President. Imagine you've worked towards it for years. You'd know you need to have a lot of positions staked out in answer to a lot of questions. One of those would quite obviously be wrt the death penalty, wouldn't it? Of course it would be. You've been ready for that question for months if not years, right? Or at least you should be if you have any business running for President at all.

When somebody tells you that they'll be asking that question at the town hall, what do you gain from that information that you didn't already have?

Not a damned thing. And that's the whole point.

Finger wag all you want at Donna Brazile but it's really an empty gesture.

You might want to remember what's really going on at the same time, that being one political party trying to exploit the fruits of a foreign govt hack of the other party. Yeh, that's how far Repubs will go in their patriotic quest to avoid addressing the issues.

The whole point was to gain nothing? Suffering sending an email from an iPad at 10pm because Hillary was perceived as having a conflict over the death penalty...for no reason. Unless there's a vast right wing Russian conspiracy to dump the email so some guy on some forum can waste time explaining how a lack of ethics isn't really a big deal.

That's amazing bruv.

Dunno what Brazile thought she would get out of it, but Clinton got nothing. If you go back to your link in post #401, you'll see that Brazile actually asked for the answer to the question & Palmieri asked Betsaida to send it to Brazile. They already had the answer, just as they should have. Per Palmieri, it wasn't the first time Hillary had answered the question, either.

But do go on with your whirlygig dance of contrived outrage. It's kinda cute in a sick sort of way.

In all fairness Bush is closer to Obama & Clinton from the perspective of those at the ends of the political spectrum.

In Knowing's case he's looking at these guys way to the left of himself.

So what you're saying is that Brazile isn't a smart woman and did something ethically wrong for no benefit, and everyone should let this go because the continuous f-ups coming out of the DNC should be overshadowed by zee Russian conspiracy and the DNCs inability to secure their inexplicable moral flexibility.

What's wrong with Hillary's head?

Having not read through this entire exchange, I would agree that Brazile abused her position within CNN's organization by forwarding a tip to Hillary Clinton, though any reasonable unbiased person could not possibly think that such an over-prepared candidate like Hillary would be unprepared for such a benign question, and thus find this tip useful. What I think is really going in here is that you are grasping at straws with this email dump because the bombshells you and so many others had desperately wanted just simply don't exist, and thus people are trying to elevate seemingly minor, albeit interesting revelations within these emails to the level of a major scandal, and they simply are not. In a normal election year with 2 highly disciplined candidates, the media might have jumped on this simply because there is little else to talk about. In the year of Trump and his daily baiting of the media with his ridiculous candidacy, this email shit just isn't going to break through. Just face the reality. Republicans nominated a turd, which is allowing a highly qualified but flawed Democratic candidate to skate into the white house. Saying they are equally bad just because neither is perfect is engaging in blatant intellectual dishonesty, and thankfully most of the traditional media are doing their jobs and wont go along with this false equivalency.

I don't know what Hillary's qualifications are. She lies as a matter of course and she allegedly can't remember most of her tenure as secretary of state. If you can't remember your qualifications, do they count? What of what everyone else can remember, a significant number of failed States in her wake, donations and arms deals with unprogressive religious regimes, and inconvenient, expressly forbidden, and ill-advised "mistakes" done for the sake of convenience...that she's never responsible for. The buck always stops somewhere else with Hillary, it's amazing how clean she can be surrounded by all of these seemingly corrupt mistake makers.

That you actually believe she is in immediate control of all those things you listed goes in direct conflict with your username.
