Ringtones for Iphone?

What do you guys use to get ringtones for your Iphone? Where do you get them? I have music on my phone but can find a place for ringtones. Anyway to convert the songs to tones?

I'm not sure how to do this.

Does anyone know how to import music that has been purchased on my Iphone through itunes into itunes on my computer? When I click on purchased music it doesn't show anything.
