Why? The family goal isn't successful prosecution, they just need an arrest for probable cause in a wrongful death suit. No arrest and damages are limited to actual damages, almost nothing, vs millions in punitive damages.

People get upset when someone shoots an animal if it attacks someone. They say it was just being the animal it is. All I'm saying is give humans the same respect you would give any other animal.

I live just across the river from St Louis, MO in Illinois.

On one side you have the mother of brown crying, then you hear the quote from his father-in-law saying "Burn the bitch down!" If this same person lived with Michael Brown, I understand why he was so violent and attacked the police officer. He probably learned this attitude from his father and his friends.

Some of the defenders are pretty funny. "Oh, it's just a removable sign." Yeah, and I could put a removable sign up that said some pretty disgusting things about Brown and his community, but that doesn't mean it is anywhere near appropriate.

It is rather funny that this entire thing has gotten so far, despite facts showing the exact opposite has happened.

Clearly, we need a park to memorialize Michael Brown. Never has Darwinism needed to be honored so much. He was a violent criminal who was removed from society by his own actions. The community as a whole is better off now.
