I owned a Riovolt SP250 at one time, and I was very satisfied with their customer support. They replaced my CD player a number of times when it has met untimely accidents while I've been skateboarding, but that was before someone stole it.

They replaced it, even when it was abused? Wow, it is good. Do you need to pay shipping for return, or they took care of it? Any other cost at all?
