This site is trying to track all the felony arrests by BLM/Antifa and other criminal rioters. .

Good job... another shit source.

So i looked up a dozen or so people that are on their list.

They were all curfew violations and they are not considered felonies.

And what was more interesting they also listed people that were in the June 1 protest in Lafayette park. You know the protest that had video proof it was a peaceful protest and then they were hit with pepper spray and they assaulted a news crew with batons.

You fucking idiot.

Because whether it was illegal or not is an open question, if illegal it was only a misdemeanor, not a felony, but even if it were a felony that wouldn't have any bearing on a self defense claim. Just because you are doing something illegal does not mean you have to lay your life down if someone comes after it.
Unless the person coming after you is a cop.

You just can't be the aggressor.
Unless you are a cop.

Even if you are the aggressor, you can regain your right to self defense by retreating.
Unless you are being attacked by a cop.

A classic example is if you start a fight at a bar (which is assault), the other guy pulls out a knife, and you retreat but he comes after you with the knife, then you may have a valid self defense claim if you pull out a gun and shoot him. Just because you started the fight does not mean that you have to let yourself get stabbed to death.
Unless the guy with a knife is a cop.

first of all the you did not comment on the charges of the curfew violations that you called felonies. Guess what they are only considered misdemeanors. So you are totally wrong on that. But I see did not comment on that

now on to Lafayette park

let’s go to video instead

also note I mentioned it was the incident on June 1 in Lafayette park the day trump held up the Bible upside down and told people it was a bible again there is video of the church and it was not on fire

So you doubled down on another shit website. So again go fuck yourself

It's funny watching people talk to filth that is the equivalent of 1930's European fascists and expecting a reasonable outcome

Great article. You mentioned you bothered to check a dozen out of hundreds listed. Check again. If the initial charge was a felony and was reduced to a misdemeanor I would still count it.

That doesn’t make sense because in almost every state a curfew violation is a misdemeanor and I would assume looting / vandalism is a felony ( don’t know for sure but it sounds right ) so they would have completely dropped the looting/vandalism charge completely off their record

Too tired to dig up the court records right now

BTW this is the same website that is tracking the Jan. 6th prosecutions.

In this case we're talking about the earlier violent riots by BLM/Antifa
"Since the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020 by Minneapolis police and the resulting waves of protests nationwide, tPP has fielded many requests to help provide a count of resulting felony cases. The early summer protests, riots, and sporadic uprisings resulted in over 10,000 arrests nationwide. The FBI later expanded that number to more than 13,600 (as of June 6, 2020). We have spoken with journalists, academic researchers, attorneys, community and prisoner support organizations, and many others.

tPP is focused on tracking felony cases of socio-political crime and violence, so many of these arrests likely fall within our project’s inclusion criteria."

Really? The BARR justice department? Much as Bill Barr has lied and mislead the public? If his claim is true and they cleared the park BECAUSE of previous days violence why do it just before Trump's presser holding the bible upside down in front of the church? If these many officers were seriously injured where are the video's of these horrific attacks? We have the videos from Jan 6 so if it was as bad it should be easy to produce visual evidence. Where is it? I'll be waiting. If it was really as bad as Barr claims they would not have allowed protests all day until 5p.

The Justice Department claimed 750 injured officers during the various protests.

First off BLM is UNREALTED to Antifa so stop conflating. You are lying again.

Yes there was violence and property damage at BLM protests but name one time BLM members set out as part of their agenda to burn cities to the ground, kill people, kidnap people, overthrow governments.

There is a complete difference from violence breaking out at a BLM protest which they didn't want vs BLM planning violence murder and mayhem.

You continue to engage in MASSIVE conflation. The police killed at a Dallas BLM protest was blamed by right wing media and Trump on BLM when it turned out to be a mentally disturbed ex-military man.

You continue to blame BLM for violent riots when they neither plan or promote.

P.S. Jonathan Turley was NOT on the ground. Here is the story from a reporter on the ground not only days prior but on the day of Trump's photo-op with video. Pay close attention about what the reporters says about each day. The government cleared the park for Trump, lied about it and finally members of his own government felt guilty for being used by Trump.

And how many BLM or Antifa protestors stormed the nation's capital in order to halt the confirmation of the next elected president?

No amount of property damage will ever be comparable to assaulting the government, as that is an assault on society itself.

1. BLM and Antifa are often hand in glove and bear responsibility together in some riots.
2. What do you expect them to do ? Name how many buildings they plan on burning ahead of time, along with the businesses they plan on looting? Give advance notification of their criminality? How many dead during and after the rioting 25? 50?
3.They may not plan and promote them, but they sure engage in the behavior.

I don't know, but then neither do you. You mean petitioning the government? Protesting the government? Speaking out against what is perceived as wrongful conduct by the government?

No, he means violently storming the capitol to stop the counting of the electoral votes and cause an insurrection to keep Donald Trump as an unelected leader.

This was the stated goal not only of them but of Donald Trump himself as well as 147 representatives and no matter HOW much you try to obfuscate and play the ignorant kid who thinks he's clever it's not going to work.

We had an issue like this once, didn't turn out very well for anyone.

We should go to your house and violently gain entry including hurting you and anyone else who stands in our way. Once inside we will rummage through your crap and shit in your corners all the while screaming some bullshit political catch phrases. Don't worry, it won't be an assault on you or your home...we will be there just protesting your stupidity.

Heroism is not chasing someone down so you can murder them.

.

Crossing state lines with plans to be armed to the teeth certainly sounds like "chasing someone down so you can murder them." Glad we agree the kid isn't a hero.
