wow good point, when someone points a gun at you the proper thing to do is to let them kill you and hope for the justice system to avenge you! good point, lay down and take it is your recommendation people going out to rob and burn their own city makes me sick, if everyone was a rittenhouse then there would have been peaceful protests every night.

Given that 2 people were killed and another injured on the only night Rittenhouse was involved in the protests, I'd have to say your hypothesis that "if everyone was a rittenhouse then there would have been peaceful protests every night" is not supported by the evidence.

The entire point is that property is replaceable. Lives are not.

But I wouldn't expect that nuance to really connect.
The exact reason you cannot use a gun to protect property from damage.

The poster is confusing Castle Doctrine vs business property.

Doubt there will be any verdict today, jury has asked for two videos, one that the defense does not want them to see. By the time they get to watch the videos they’ll only have a couple of hours left for the day.

Nope, but she wasn't even in the same room with the shooter. How does that square with your views on Kyle Rittenhouse and his claims?
It must've been one amazing shot if the shooter is able to fatally shoot her from a different room.

ya its a tough call for me who is in the wrong?...
...i personally have no idea who owns the cars at a car lot and how much they are insured. im sure its 100% impossible to sell a car that is burnt to the ground so i image it does affect the business no matter how much you think the insurance will cover it.
Okay fucktard. Nobody else is this "confused", and neither are you, I'm 99% sure.

I'm pretty sure he knows well enough...he just misdirects and misrepresents everything, thinking he's clever with his facetiousness. It's all trolling.

He's as dishonest as taj, he's just not as direct with the lying. He casts FUD on all, though.

yea but the point of that is............... that there should be no one protecting anything other than lives, if someone breaks into your home you should exit out the back with the family as its just your stuff no big deal come back tomorrow and hope they are gone!
It's just stuff.

Defense made motion to declare mistrial because this video requested wasn’t the original version.

Not in Texas. Deadly force can be used to defend property and for trespass.

Wait... you're totally okay with a govt agent slowly murdering over a span of 8 minutes a citizen who wasn't resisting, and with armed vigilantes hunting down those you disagree with politically, but outraged over someone who was killed while taking part in a conspiracy to assassinate the Vice President? Seriously?
I don't agree with your lying summation, no.

The prosecution supplied the defense with a low resolution copy of the video, but kept a HD copy for themselves. A clear case of prosecutorial misconduct and the defense filed a motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. So far the Judge hasn't ruled on it yet.

Actually in this case he will. These cars are all auction buys bought way below book value.

if they are auction buys then they are indeed purchased and owned by the car lot owner right? sounded like cant claim both he didnt own them and he will be making a profit from them. would be interested to hear what profit they make from insured cars bought "below book value" and then no work was done to the cars? sold as is? heh

I would imagine it's a little to late for that argument, as it should have been made when it was presented into evidence, not when the jury requests to see it during deliberation.

Did you just say assault rifle? Careful, you'll trigger the ammosexuals.
DERES NO SUCH THING AS AN ASSAULT WEAPON, DURR HURRRR.

^ This is nothing but a stupid and pointless semantics argument/deflection/distraction.

They always know exactly what the fuck you mean, but they act like the terminology is so foreign and 'wrong' that nobody will know what you are referring to...as if it'll confuse EVERYONE if you use the word "assault".

It's ridiculous FUD.
