The guy who lied about having a law degree wants to tell us about who he thinks is a good source of legal analysis.

I know, it's hilarious. I mean, I wouldn't doubt that he's the smartest guy that he knows. But, you know, king of shit hill and all.

You are just being coy as you know damn well this discussion is about the AR 15 that KR used, the very one this whole line of discussion is about. You know that, as you are the one who put up the link and pictures about the "small" differences between the AR15 and the M4. So stop with your manipulation BS.

With that said, go look up what classifies a gun as an assault weapon by definition.. Note what classifies it as an assault weapon.. (hint, it's primarily having the ability to switch between automatic and semi automatic mode). The definition doesn't give a fuck if it's a deer rifle or a squirrel rifle.. Only people who like to try to use manipulation in their argument do. Which leads us back to the point I was making about the ability to mod the AR15 to be automatic. You can't manipulate your way out of that very fact, which is all you are trying to do..

You can modify ANY Semiautomatic to become fully automatic.

I've said this several times.

Obviously you are ignorant on the subject.

I agree that the "LOOK" almost the same.

you turned a subject about how normal functioning people in society approach the world into one where unsociable ammosexuals like yourself think the rest of the world need to appease your wholly useless lust for gun porn in order to talk about the subject of how the toys you love murder people.

You have no idea how useless your semantics are when it comes to engaging this topic in any relevant way. Go shove a few clips up your ass, Francis.

This is what nutters do, they don’t want any conversation around guns because they know what the logical conclusion leads to.

We are now 100+ posts past a point that was made and clarified and the ammosexual is still talking about semantics to argue against a point no one was making.

I thought it was easy to understand that I was talking about visualization and emulation. To that end, the picture you included makes my point.

That is how fucked this place is. I have stated many times that I have no problem with proper gun control laws.

Ammosexual my ass.

You are the one that stated that:

There is literally no difference between a Military Assault rifle and an AR15.

two pictures of big black murder toys. Literally no difference.

Good god! Learn to fucking read! Both of you also need to learn to follow a conversation unless derailing the conversation is your goal.

Since the original post was a poll on what the verdict might be is a mute point now there is no thread to derail.

So you don’t know the difference between a thread and a conversation then? Because I specifically said conversation. Do you like playing a stupid person on the internet or are you a stupid person in real life?

Any more stupid shit you want to post?

I really couldn’t care less about KR and whether or not he got convicted or not, what concerns me is what this ruling means and that is that vigilantism is ok and so is killing people in cold blood so long as there is a hint of self defense. The ruling also makes it clear that you had better kill the person and not injure them if you want to be free from convictions.

It’s a bad precedent to set and will have enormous consequences that will not make this country safer. The lack of foresight by the right, while unsurprising, is really unfortunate.
The Arbery case suggests otherwise.

I didn't lie about anything dickhead. Which you seem to do incessantly. Also, unlike you or anyone else on this forum, I have been 100% right on every legal case I've talked about. I also cite actual practicing attorneys and even link their info as well when I use them. Most around here want to cite looney non practicing attorneys like Devin or someone from CNN like they have any. A legal expert for CNN is basically what Nick Rivera is to a doctor:

I welcome you to go back through my post history for every case I posted a predicted outcome and see I had never been wrong so far. I don't have a JD, but I have more than a fair share of classes in legal analysis and applications of laws. I have family members that do have JD and had practiced at one point. As I've mentioned as well, I tend to use a large source of various lawyers and watch what they say. This includes Devin who I did say gets things right when the case isn't politically charged. Or when he is doing a video on pure procedure. Those are just ones that post videos, I talk to a fair share of actual attorneys I've come to know over the years (mostly through family connections) or even in video games (you'd be surprised how many lawyers play MMOs for some reason).

Did you watch the trial or even know the evidence of the KR case? There was no vigilantism at all. Kyle was one of HUNDREDS carrying guns for protection that night. Many were also protestors doing so legally. It was the 5th night where previous nights had seen quite a few buildings burned down. He was out the 4th day and the 5th cleaning up streets of graffiti and trash. On the 5th day, the guys from Car Source ask if he and friends wouldn't mind cleaning around their place and maybe help out in being around to prevent further arson that already burned one of their lots down. Carrying a gun is not vigilantism. He along with many others from the area or in nearby communities all pitched in that night to help keep places from burning down with their mere presence. Which is why the 5th night had no burned down buildings. It was also the last night of the riots as well there during that time for that reason too.

By all the evidence, Kyle was ambushed, attacked, and was forced to defend himself when he used every opportunity to defuse situations or flee. That is not vigilantism. For reference here is the definition of that.

He was not trying to capture or punish anyone for any crime at all during the 2 days there. Self defense when people attack you is not vigilantism. It is literally ludicrous to think that at all.

Suggests what?

The Ahmaud Arbery case is basically a case of vigilantism. That is members of a neighborhood watch trying to catch who they believed was the criminal Ahmaud Arbery. They did so incorrectly and as such were found guilty. That being said, citizen arrest laws are English common laws that have been around for hundreds of years. The American justice system basically adopted the English common law system as the basis for all our laws in all 50 states. Of course of the years, many of them have been tweaked or even removed, but the vast majority remain active today. I will point out that a citizen's arrest isn't a "punishment" to a criminal in and of itself, so technically it actually isn't vigilantism.

The only difference is full auto, and full auto is mostly useless except for suppression fire. And suppression fire is only useful for two or more sides with many members.

Good luck with that.

To say an AR15 is literally the same as an M4 for example is silly.
Hey, dumbfuck, the very article you posted says the m4 and ar-15 are basically the same gun, except for the automatic feature the AR-15 does not have. Let me guess, you cherry pick only certain pieces in that article, that you believe supports your bullshit, just like you do about everything else.. "The world according to pcgeek11". Fuck all to everything else.
