Does anyone know if you can RMA a stick of Crucial RAM without a Customer # or Order #?
Here's the situation:
In Summer 2001 I bought 2 sticks of (at the time) fairly high-end Crucial RAM. One of them has died on me. It is my understanding that Crucial has a limited lifetime warranty on their RAM products.
I don't have my receipt, so I don't have a Customer # or Order # and as near as I can tell the RMA form requires it. Does anyone know if I can make use of their lifetime warranty without my receipt?
