RMAing dead stuff need *your oppinion* on new p4 setup

i ordered from newegg (minus vid card cdrw hard drive and monitor)

soyo dragon 333 lite
geforce 4 ti 4200
corsair xms pc 3000 256 mb ddr
chieftec silver dragon w/ window
liteon 52x cd rom
cendyne (liteon i believe) 40x16x48 cdrw
samsung floppy
maxtor 40 gb hard drive 5400 rpm
dr thermal extreeme (modded vl77) with tornado 84cfm fan
athlon xp 1900
generic 17 in monitor

that and turns out cpu was dead or mobo and maybe psu.... (probably have heard my numerous problems) so im deciding maybe go with a p4 solution, i can keep vid card case cd roms cdrw floppy hdd ... i will put that hs/f on my other xp system, but i would like an oppinion (yes!) on a p4 system maybe 1.6a that would be able to o/c around 2.4 ghz ... im not in a need to go all out just basic system that will o/c at a good price =)... i have no idea about p4 mobos 845 845g 850 or whatever so any info about that would be useful too

i dont know if i can use that ram so i may rma that too if it need be

for my mobo + cpu + ram i spent around 325 i believe and i want to keep around same cost
i spent 90 bux for mobo 115 for cpu and 120 for ram ... there is 15% restocking fee for refund :-/

Well.... For a 1.6a P4 system, I'd get a epox 4G4A+ mobo... Seems like you have everything else, maybe a nice HSF

i have yet to send it back and get RMA in the mean time id like some oppinions of what to get basic mobo with o/cing with onboard sound, onboard lan is nice too... other then that just one that has voltage changes for agp ram and cpu and can o/c i may buy a alpha cooler later but not now

so tell me what i can get for
mobo + ram + cpu around 325 ish

Well looks good except the hard drive will hold you back a bit. I assume its being reused from an older system?
