This is purely speculation/supposition. How do you make that leap? He used an instrument designed to kill, to kill. Watch this, no he wouldn't have. Here we are, on opposite side of an absurd point of contention that does nothing to further the discussion.
Why does it matter what the intent of the designer was? An angry person with a 2 ton projectile under his control can and do use it to kill people. To suggest that this young lady would be alive if he didn't have a gun is purely speculation.

They can't even export vodka successfully.

So your logical fallicy isn't one? Lol. U dumb.

Im not even entirely sure what you disagree with me on, unless youre making a broad "ban guns for citizens" argument based on this artical, which is off topic. We both agree the guy was irresponsible. In the same way this guy was irresponsible with his drinking.

Youre calling my statements logical fallacies, which according to the Purdue writing lab means:
Fallacies are common errors in reasoning that will undermine the logic of your argument. Fallacies can be either illegitimate arguments or irrelevant points, and are often identified because they lack evidence that supports their claim. Avoid these common fallacies in your own arguments and watch for them in the arguments of others.
.

I stated the guy was an irresponsible gun owner. Its not illegitimate because it applies directly to the article. He is. I certainly wouldnt call him responsible, would you? It doesnt lack evidence because the article supports what I said. So Im not sure what your beef is about what I said, unless you have either comprehension or intelligence problems, or are simply flailing blindly. I have no idea.

You call me dumb, yet dont have the wherewithal to distinguish between responsible and irresponsible behavior and they are different?

As Bianca was merging from two lanes to one, there was a man in a red pick up truck also merging down and they jockeyed for position and he wasn't happy,

My commute has two spots that goes from 2 to 1 lane and the rage I see daily from merging is disgusting. It's why I got a dash cam.

I literally said that in the part you quoted which is why I maintain it was a waste of time for you to make such a statement. I suppose if you can't discuss the facts, you may as well speculate and obfuscate the argument.

I did, and I'm not in that camp.
I don't understand. What camp? It's a logical fallacy, not a point of contention.

Oh, you tried to defend it by being literal. It is an illegitimate argument because of the failure of logic and that's the end of it. You can't argue that no responsible gun owner could ever be an irresponsible gun owner because they are, likely, at one point the same person (or at least transitioned from the former to the latter). This means that many irresponsible gun owners were, at a time, responsible gun owners. I'll give you the out of saying that sure, there are people who have obtained guns illegally, and that would make them irresponsible from the start. Not the case with this guy.

if you carry a gun you risk becoming irrational in a situation and killing another person. Humans are flawed creatures. I bet this pick up driving, rural living, trump supporting man was all about his freedumb.

I'd agree with this (except the last line which was juvenile). Anyone can snap, humans are flawed, and carrying a weapon has the potential to make that snap turn deadly. Obviously the same can be done with a knife or his truck but the gun exacerbates the situation. It gives the holder a sense of power and couple that with irrationality and we have a dead person.

He was certainly irresponsible, but given the right circumstances even the most responsible gun owners can snap/have a mental lapse and do something very irresponsible. As was said before humans are flawed creatures, even the best of them.

I'm not advocating for legislation mind you, I'm on the fence on that one. I do recognize a problem though.

I'm not normally one to hang up on words...but this line bothered me. From the Police chief no less.

"They were jostling for a position or whatever. And unfortunately this gentleman took it to a degree that was just unconscionable," said West Goshen Police Chief Joe Gleason in a news conference earlier this week.

Gentleman? This..gentleman ...just put a bullet in the head of a teenage girl. I don't think gentleman is the word you are looking for.

Probably a slip of the tongue for a noun that's mostly lost its meaning in general, not like anyone really means 'gentle' or even the more 'lordly' version of it when they say gentleman.

Having said that, I agree, and frankly the statement didn't even need to be made. Moron with a weapon decides to kill someone, weather at 9.

The tragedy is if this guy had been given a mental stability test as part of his gun application it would have never been issued. People who have the propensity to pop off in stressful situations should not carry guns.
