I mean just quickly running it through my head of if we legalized it I see a laundry list of benefits
1. Create jobs - particularly with women mostly that are likely to be pretty damn good pay-wise.
2. Reduce STDs through government regulated testing certificates
3. Tax revenue from increased business, increased income.
4. Reduce crime/poverty that typically surrounds illegal prostitution
5. Will ultimately hinder or get rid of illegal prostitution and sex slavery because people would rather not take a risk if they don't have to.
I guess the same can be said for legalizing weed as well.
