I wonder why he left this small detail of P4's OC'ing so well out of his latest Intel thrashing? Kind of pisses me off. Reminds me why I think he is biased. BTW:

1) Me Creative Ultra was clocked in this test to 299gpu/505mem
2) Rimms were luke warm running @ 480mhz...

Not too shabby an OC if I say so myself considering I have never had good luck OCing...

hans007: true a 20% overclock wouldn't be impressive for a duron or celeron, but the P4 is intel's flagship. A 1200Mhz Thunderbird running at at 1440 (air cooled) would a little more impressive. I'm not saying I'm wowed by a 20% overclock, just that its a little more impressive when looked at in the proper light.

the point of the P4's design is to get more performance by higher clock speeds, not higher performance per clocks at slower speeds.
