Well slaves were forced bred. They had no choice in the matter. In states that disallow abortion women impregnated against their will also be without choice. So the correlation is there. Dobbs
Plessy v Ferguson
Dred Scott
Trump v United States
Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and Relentless (recent case that overturned Chevron)
That means that 4 of the 7 worst rulings of all time have been issued by the Roberts court. This is the most disgraceful SCOTUS in history.
