I hate to tell you this but both WorldSpy and Feewwweb are pretty much dead. If you don't believe me try their websites.

If Roger has either an internal or external modem and all the necessary accouterments, he can use Lycos free ISP. It's only 900+ kbs, not even a mb in size, and it's easy to use.
