You can easily tell whats the differences, the real one...the SECOND hand moves continuously while the fake one stops and goes.

Any piece of jewelery you take to an appraiser will appraise for a ton more than you paid. It's like MSRP on a car, it's a made up amount of money that nobody really pays that much for it.
