hmm actually i see that the hills on GTX's screenie is a little bit aliased tt

If you overlay the two windows, you can see a lot more than that. The lighting looks completely different, especially on the water. The X1900XT has more definition and contrast, while the 7800GTX looks a fair bit blurrier. And indeed, the aliasing is more noticeable on the 7800GTX. Great comparison pics.

Hehe, you resized the image. That would cover up any problems with the AA.

There is something seriously wrong with the Doom 3 and the Painkiller scores; they are far too low. If Rollo actually played games instead being an AEG parrot he would know this.

As it stands now this pointless and grossly inaccurate thread is destined to degrade into the flame war we all saw coming.

Question for all the Nvidia owners. How do you feel about paying for Rollo's video cards?

I don't pay for Rollo's video cards, I pay for mine.
