I do agree that teams should get 2x the quality win points. However, this most likely will not ever affect the BCS result. Why? If Texas beat Colorado again, then Colorado will be ranked around 14th. In the current method, Texas will get 0.2 points deducted. In a 2x method, Texas will get 0.4 points deducted. There is virtually no difference since Texas is a full 1.82 points behind 2nd place.

Edit: I'd rather see the quality wins be eliminated from the BCS altogether. Quality wins are already in the polls, in the computer programs, and in the schedule strength. Why does it need a 4th component?

We don't really need a 64 team football playoff. I'd say either 8 or 12 is plenty. There really aren't more than 5-6 teams in any given year that legitimately could claim to be able to get through some sort of playoff system to win it all. Football ain't basketball in that regard.

If Nebraska trashes Colorado and Miami destorys VT then Florida and no other team would have a right to play.

You're never going to have 5 undefeated teams.
