True that and it makes you wonder right? If it is all for show then who is it a show for?

Congress is about to recess for campaign season, so I have a feeling that Jordan et.al. wanted something on the record to use at rallies. "See how I've been fighting the Evil Deep State™ for you! MAGA!

It's a long shot, but that's exactly the kind of thing that could garner a surprising number of GOP votes in support of impeachment of Rosenstein. There will be pressure on some GOP members to show their pro-Trump credentials, though the best time to do that would have been before the primary season ended.

This, Muppet.

From the article linked above.

The resolution is not a sign that the House is about to vote to impeach Rosenstein, as House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte and House Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy -- who have been pushing for documents from the Justice Department -- did not sign on. The House is also leaving for a monthlong recess after Thursday.

There is a big difference between asking for it and getting it.

Not till the fat lady sings.
The title of this thread that you had such a problem with is that impeachment will start Monday. How does impeachment start? It seems that the first step is to introduce the resolution.

A) No anarchist can afford a 3D printer, and B) I'm on the only one on the list who supported Trump during the 2016 election. I'm the OG, boomer used to ridicule me b/c of my views which was humorous. Glad to see those guys come around, took long enough.

This killing me. It is literally taking longer than the Benghazi thingy

I thought the GOP had their shit together
You thought that committee was really trying to find the truth about anything other than figuring out how to beat Hillary up for the 2016 election?

What a thing to be proud about. I can see a future with little Demon Jr sitting on your lap. "Papa when is uncle trumpy getting out of prison?" "We can hope soon son soon, everyone has health care now, jobs are plentiful the rich don't make up 1% of the population, the ski is clear and rivers are clean, it's just been a nightmare since uncle Trump was arrested.

Except if you make more than $30,000, you ARE part of the world's 1%. Congrats on being a hypocrite.

Ski is clear and rivers clean? Are you talking about democratic cities like NYC and LA? hahaha. You think Federal legislation will fix the air and rivers in those cities? #foreverdeluded

Jobs are plentiful. In fact, Iowa has a surplus of over 180,000 and unemployment for minorities has been the lowest since 1959.

No one is suggesting there is a quick "fix" for the air in those cities nor from global warming, but we have to start somewhere. With Trump, he's such a friggin moron that he's tweets on a frigid January in NY "oh, where is global warming now"?, even a middle-school student realizes it's the average temperature that has hit record highs every single year. As for jobs, yup, there's plenty, but guess what?, most of them pay squat. I can't blame this pattern on Trump because it's been happening for awhile now. When Jeff Bezos is worth $150 billion and shares of Amazon stock are profitable why is 1 on 7 Amazon employee's getting food stamp assistance?. You see, the cookie gets cut and employees get crumbs, this situation became exasperated in the '08-'13 downturn, employers learned people will work for shit pay just to remain employed, sad but true in America today.

Start somewhere? We already have excessive red environmental tape and blue states still can't get their major cities' air clean. Did you know that in NYC just breathing air for 24 hours is the equivalent of smoking a cigarette? Yet NY and NYC are some of the highest taxes areas of the country and they still have shitty air. How about banning cars from the cities in the NYC metro region and making people only take public transit? How about then buying back all the gas stations and then turning them into bus stations? Blue states could do it if they weren't so obsessed with excessive welfare and other pork like the phantom bridge of NJ.

And yet those blue states represent most of the most economically successful areas of the country. Maybe conservatives should take some lessons from them.

Also I have no idea what taxes would have to do with air pollution. That’s a regulation issue, not a tax issue. Do you understand how all this works?

That's fine, nobody said anything about success. I'm stating that Dems talk a big talk when it comes to the environment yet can't even prevent hazardous air quality in their cities. it makes it even worse that they're successful which means more money for their budgets.

More taxes = more money to buy out gas stations and use that land for mass transit. No crap it's a legal issue, I'm saying that you could have breathable air in NYC/NJ if both states banned all cars in that region and then turned gas stations into bus stations (or hubs for an elevated train track). But they'd also need to either budget/save better and/or charge more taxes if the programs they'd slash put up a legal obstacle (guaranteed to happen, nobody likes getting their piggy bank raided).

Which has a whole lot of nothing to do with the topic at hand, obviously. Meanwhile-
