The title of this thread that you had such a problem with is that impeachment will start Monday. How does impeachment start? It seems that the first step is to introduce the resolution.

Low unionization isn't the problem; the problem is how undemocratic US institutions are. What usually happens anyway is low penetration in private sector for workers who already have more leverage than typical and high penetration in public sector.

Well, yes. Corporate governance is a part of it. But I was getting at more so about our electoral process, which is reliant on private funding and has low voter participation with the elderly and more well-off being a large part of those who participate.
