I humbly apologize, though I am quite excited . We got final approval on the house today

Which means we will be moving next week, I also found out that I will be moving almost everything myself as the wifes vacation got canceled and she will be working overtime at both jobs during the next 3 weeks :Q

So needless to say I will not be on as much in the coming days (yeah I know thats good news lol) But it also means more delays on the reddeyexpress site as well as lost crunching time on Rosetta@Home.

Thank you all for all the well wishing, I can't believe I will finally be able to run the computers all at once without worrying.

Congrats to the MMs!

I know well the thrill of moving into your first real house. I've been in mine now for a little over six years, and even when I get bummed because of some repair that popped up, I just remember all those years of renting(with no equity), and I cheer right back up.

LOL True true, But I chickened out of buying for now, I am going to rent this one, its 1200.00 a month to rent it vs. 2400-2800 to buy it.

I want to be sure we can afford 1200 (we are used to paying 700 a month) and see how tough it is before deciding to buy it, I am talking to the guy about owner financing at a cheaper rate as well. So far he is agreeing to lease it to me if we decide to go ahead and buy it but not sure what price he wants as he has talked about 250,000 to 300,000. I am hoping he takes 225,000 as its almost affordable to me then.
