I think I'd rather have the SeaSonic modular 520W unit for the same price. Sure, it's only Bronze, not Gold, but the difference over the lifetime of the PSU is a few dollars. Plus, you get the benefit of owning a SeaSonic, and not a Rosewill.

Have you checked out this site? It'll tell you who makes what of just about every brand of PSU, and provides links to available reviews from several different sites for each model.

Rosewill power supplies vary a lot.
There have been "avoid" to "underwelming" Rosewill power supplies
The Green series are decent/good.
The Hive series is the same as the OCZ ZS series platform, except modular. (Sirtec)
The Capstone are excellent (Super Flower), now available as modular, same internals I think.
The new Fortress series is Top End high efficency. Do not remember any reviews yet.
