Some rotors have bolt holes, if your rotors do you can just put in the right bolts, tighten them going back and forth and walk off the rotor. Other option would be to borrow/rent a wheel puller and try to use that. Other option would be a rubber mallet. Other option if that didn't work would be a 1 lb sledge. If that doesn't work you will have to go to something bigger and it might be a good idea to get someone else involved then, but I just did that cause I was tired of banging on the stupid thing.
When I replaced my rotors I couldn't get the drivers side off, so I eventually took the car to a mechanic with the new rotor, he took the old one off and put on the new one for $50.
