currently my gf is living in a house in hull , shes at hull uni. theres her and another girl who live there and they both use the internet, at the mo they are sharing one has it at a certain time the other at another time
they have a router, and it works, but the computers cant see each other or connect to the net.
when i go down to see her, i wanna sort this out so they can both have the net at once
they have ADSL line, at the mo they jus connect via usb, but both computers have built in ethernet.
so id like to know any tips on setting this up, its gonna look like this, -----> ADSL line into router, two ethernet cables going from router to my gf computer and the front room (other girl has a lappy and jus sits in the front room with it, front room is next to my gf room)
she says, it says LAN connection connected, but cant get on the web or anything.
