I've never seen a router with a USB print server connection
USB printers are USB Client. It has to be connected to a Master USB, which is usually a Computer.
An Independent device (like Router or printer server) can be designed to emulate the USB master. As a result they are not popular at the Entry Level (such a design makes the devices expensive).
They use to make Cable/DSL routers with parallel port Printer Server.
Since prices rock bottomed they save on eliminating the feature.
Few the older model are still available, but they are more expensive than the Current "Plastic Boxes".
Example:
SMC 7004ABR Barricade? 4-Port Broadband Router w/Print Server.
If you have a Wireless Cable/Router, there is a USB Solution.

D- Link DP-311U is a wireless print server with one USB port.
