I still work a desk job so 2100 calories a day sounds like way too much.

I'd figure just the calories needed for the body you want.

I'd figure just the calories needed for the body you want.

This is a pretty good method as well, but gives less and less as you get closer and closer to the weight. Also, to specify, this is not the BMR for the body you want. It's the total caloric expenditure for the body you want. This calculation would likely even be higher than 2100cal.
