It probably is FP16. The leaks I've been seeing on Xbox 2 (Anaconda) show 12 TFlops, which is presumably FP32.
Yeah, there's no way the FP32 TFLOPs is 4x. Xbox 1 X is 2560 shaders at 1172mhz for 6 TFLOPs. No way to get 24 TFLOPs in a console on 7nm. It could be FP16, or just their performance benchmarks taking the rest of the system into account. Can't understimate how much faster Zen 2 will be over Jaguar.

5700 XT's board power is 225 W. The 5700 has 2304 shaders but also has much lower clocks.

Read again what i said.AT same clock....only difference is 10% more SP.If you OC both at same clock, difference will be very small.Even smaller than 1060 3Gb vs 6GB at same clock because 1060 3Gb have less TMU.So we are talking about 2-5% max.It won't be as good. The 6 pin connector is there to facilitate the Overclocking potential in thse GPUs. At stock the GPU might actually be 225W power draw.Looks like performance for both the 5700 XT and 5700 vanilla are great. TDP on the other hand with a 1x8 + 1x6..... notice how there is absolutely no mention of power draw throughout the presentation. The rumors of the RTX super lineup is probably true if AMD's benchmarks hold up.
