running a radeon HD 2400 pro and a radeon 9250

I am not a big gamer, so I do not know much about video cards, but I will be adding my friends old radeon 9250 to by system in order to use the VGA out for another monitor.

Will adding the 9250 give me any performance boost at all?

Also, would I be able to easily overclock one or both of these to get some better performance? I have a antec spotcooler in my case that I could switch over from the ram to the GPUs if they needed more cooling.
