No, because the defrag program will be locking and moving files around and the antivirus may not be able to scan it. Speed will severely decrease as well.
It is always best to run either Antivirus or a Defrag with nothing else
running except what your computer boots up with ... and of course,
if you think you have any viruses, you should run AV in Safe Mode
so it can get rid of them
