Running OSX on a PC?

Okay, I know that most of you are rolling on the floor laughing at me right now, but this is a serious question. I just finished my PC, but realized that considering the amount of multimedia work I do, it would make sense to have Mac access. In the end I hope to buy a Mac, but seeing as I just bought one computer, it will be some time before I get the money to buy another one. Basically I want to learn my way around OSX and the software (such as Final Cut Pro) in the meantime. I know that there is Virtual PC by Apple which allows you to run XP on an OSX system, but I am trying to go the other way. Thanks in advance.

Apple doesn't make Virtual PC. There is no way to run OS X at this point on an x86 system unfortunately for you. No emulator I've seen thus far is good enough to run OS X.

Apple sells lots of software at their stores, both online and physical stores. =) They'll let you play to your heart's content if you go to an Apple store. If that's not too much of a hassle, go for it.

LoL. Funny thing is, that is where I fell in love. I was on a trip in SoCal last week, and went to the Apple Store at Fashion Island. I must have been in there for hours. Needless to say, the closest thing we have to a Mac store out in Hawaii is CompUSA. Not much. Oh well, I may end up just saving up for a few months. Definately worth it IMHO. Thanks again.
