If your planning on doing 15+ miles a week I would spend the money and upgrade to a MSRP of $100 - $150 for running shoes.
Do you know what kind of runner you are? You may need a more stability oriented shoe based on your running style. Running shoe stores can look at the wear on your last pair of running shoes to help you into a more comfotable pair of shoes that will help you correct your style and "enjoy" running more.
Since you are on a budget, I would recommend you a Saucony Grid shoe from Big 5 sporting goods, they often have $100+ Grid's on sale for $50 or so.
$65 shoes just don't give you enough support or cushioing. I would also steer you to NEw Balance Saucony, Asics, and Mizuno over Reebok, Nike, & Adidias. Nike would be my last pick for the serious runner unless you shop their Bowerman line of shoes like the Max Moto.
