Rush passport renewal

I am supposed to travel the first week of December. In my mind I kept thinking my passport was expiring next year but luckily I happened to check today and it expired this august. This sucks, i thought it would take weeks to renew so i thought i was screwed at first.

But i see some sites (paid advertisements at the top of google results) that advertise passport renewal overnight or in 2-3 days. Are these services legit? Anyone ever use them before?

if you can come up with travel documents to show you're traveling within a couple weeks, you can make an appointment at a passport agency and get it taken care of the same day.

What sucks about the internet is sometimes people post authoritatively when they have no idea what they are talking about.

there are services in the major cities that will walk your stuff through in one day, i don't know what they cost, but it can be done

Yes this is true and it costs alot but in your case you don't have a choice.
