Actually, that image is from the US state department documents supporting that Russia fired into Ukraine, but that image is not what you think. That image is intended to show that such weaponry has crossed the border into Ukraine. The image that intends to show that there has been artillery fire from Russia into Ukraine is this one:

This is why you shouldn't read nutter sites like Zerohedge.

You seriously need to take your own advice and look at the images. You realize I linked a second, different image, right? Either zerohedge or yourself did not understand what you were linking with the initial image.

Use your eyes.

Hi Libya supporter. here is the actual UN resolution

http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2011/sc10200.doc.htm

The US actively started supporting the rebels by bombing govt forces. So you are up for govt change if your guys do it, but if Russia does it.. well they are just bad boys.

Russia has complete right to do what it has to, to prevent the 600,000 to a million refugees that have streamed over.

bangladesh was formed the exact way when 10 milion bengalis crossed over to India and india started a war with pakistan.

You are such a dunce. here is the 4 page release by SD

http://www.npr.org/assets/news/2014/07/Evidence-of-Russian-Firing-into-Ukraine.pdf

Your image is page 1 and my image is page 4. if a release can be so stupid that it is showing launch and blast site within Ukraine , I would take the whole satellite thingy with a big truck of salt.

You should try and understand what you're reading before you call someone a dunce.

The images are showing two separate things:

One is showing rocket artillery launches from inside Russia into Ukraine.
- This is intended to show Russia firing into Ukraine.

The other is showing similar rocket artillery launches from separatist areas of Ukraine into other areas.
- This is intended to show that Russia has given these systems to the separatists.

The text for both images was extremely clear. I hope this clears things up for you.

Russia is claiming the convoy was not their military. Claims to be letting Ukraine inspect it, and will deliver future "aid" via the Red Cross. Not the turn of events I was expecting.

ES, I get that Img 1-3 represent points of origin from Russia to Impact in Ukr and img 4, is supposed to be Ukr rebels shooting at Ukr army positions within Ukraine.

All i see are just a bunch of smudge marks and also it is no proof that just because there were MLRS on the russian side , the craters were caused by those MLRS

so all in all a very pedestrian presentation that does not conclusively show anything.

No. Image 4 is evidence of the Ukrainian rebels shooting at the Ukrainian army positions from inside of the Ukraine.

I'm still waiting on this debunking that you said happened. Do you have any links to this debunking?

So the image was conclusive evidence when you thought it proved what you wanted it to prove but now that you know it is part of a report that proves the opposite of what you wanted it to prove it is a "pedestrian presentation that does not conclusively show anything"?

Dank how do you know in Im4 that it was not ukr forces doing a false flag. how do you know it was not ukr army mistake firing on their own troops, how do you know it was not photoshop

do you have any live evidence. All I see are tiny smudge marks on a private satellite imagery . it is not proof enough for me or anyone with a reasonable amt of intelligence. But on the other hand if you believed colin bin powell who waved his arm around at the UN and showed those test tubes and those rusting trailer trucks and believe in magic , yes you will be suitable impressed with those satellite images.

I don't know shit, other than that one picture was good enough for you when it was telling you what you wanted to hear.

Can you guys produce one active russian soldier that the Ukrainians claim to have fought. Nill nada.

well if the rebels [civil war] surrendered there would not have been USA

Do you not remember Putin admitting that he used undercover Russian troops in Crimea? If he's done it once successfully, you think he'd walk from the strategy?

I'm not Dank, but I know it was not Ukrainian forces because that is a bullshit term primarily used by conspiracist nutjobs with one foot planted firmly in the psych ward, and the other in their basement command center, stocking Campbells soup and huffing Sterno.

-snip-

Honest question: How could anyone confirm a felled soldier was an active Russian soldier? I doubt we, or the Ukrainians, have a list of active Russian military including photos/fingerprints/DNA to identify anyone out of uniform.

I suspect Ukraine will be inspecting a faux convoy and I very much doubt that Russia allows ANY other military vehicles to operate in its territory along the Ukrainian border. But assuming Russia holds to its word and sends in aid only in Red Cross convoys, that's a very good thing.

There is a chance that this faux aid convoy (hastily painted masses of now white trucks carrying questionable aid materials in mostly empty holds, while driven by probably non-uniformed military personal) was not for international play, but as Russian domestic junk-food.

...a possible way out for Putin as no sane strategic mind could think such a large swath of eastern Ukraine could offer long term Russian held stability and the avoidance of greater consternation by Russians and their economy....

....then again, a gamble may be made with an open last minute play -- either foolishly militarily invading a bit to the west or retain the border status-quo, still basking the glow of a Russian Crimea, and now a happy Russian audience seeing their great leader offer/provide wide-angled lens assistance to their fascist subjugated brethren and the west responding to loosen the currently rather wimpy economic vice. The latter provides greater nationalism for a win, but on the expectation of pragmatic sanity.

So how popular do you think Putin will be domestically once this drama in the Ukraine/Crimea finally plays out ... with the Russian economy going south?
