I’ve seen estimates of 500k RA 'soldiers' in Ukraine. Even if they only have AK47s and plenty of 7,62 mm ammo, plus enough arty and mortars to slow down UA advances - a lot of UA soldiers will be killed or wounded. It’s a war of attrition right now and Russia has a much larger population.
Hence the need for NATO weapons, tactics, and logistics knowledge to create a force multiplier effect. Here's to a successful campaign by the UA, I think the odds are in their favor!
