To me it’s mostly irrelevant anyway except I guess for PR purposes. When a country undertakes an unprovoked, genocidal invasion of another it’s the dictionary definition of asking for it.I doubt Ukraine would do so intentionally because hospitals full of wounded Russians are something they want to make more of not less.
