There was a discussion on Russia's future, but I don't remember if it was in this thread or elsewhere.

Something about the combined effect of the brain drain (people leaving the country) and the number of sperm donors suffering rapid diassembly. The thought was that Russia will be in rather deep trouble in a few years when it all comes to bear and there are few if any new Russians.
