While I get your point it needs clarification.
Afghanistan withheld a major terrorist who sponsored an attack which killed thousands
Iraq had a credible plot to assonate a US President.
While I don’t want to go into the rabbit hole of was it worth it or should have it been done, in regards to this discussion those are important items to disclose.
The Iraqi plot to assassinate the elder Bush was already paid back in the 1993 bombing by Clinton and that was just a convenient excuse imo.

During the early days of the 2003 Iraq war, the FBI and police depts like the NYPD used the war as a pretext for spying on war dissidents, leftists, even detaining people overheard to be opposed against the war, just generally using dirty tricks of the 1960s. Right wing media was calling on universities to ban academics who opposed the Iraq war.
Now its very strange to find the right wing media to be on the opposite side, coddling pro-Russian talking heads and trying to squeeze the flow of arms to Ukraine despite Russia being the aggressor in the war.

You know what is a better question? Why would a ‘journalist’, coming from the US, a country that is funding a proxy war against said country, would think it’s a great idea to fly to Russia to do a story? Brilliant idea! Hey maybe once he gets out, he can go do a story in North Korea or Iran and write a hit piece on their government.

And since you’re so concerned about his time in detention, maybe you can Biden why Julian Assange has been in prison for 10 years now. Not for lying of course, but exposing the truth about Afghanistan and Iraq.

Well that’s easy to explain. Modern day liberals have essentially replaced the old Bush/Cheney wing of the Republican Party from 20 years. They love endless wars, and hate freedom of speech, and want to censor/cancel anyone that doesn’t agree with their views. That sounds very Bush/Chaney like doesn’t it? That’s the modern day liberal for you. They’re turning more old school right wing by the day, many of them in this very thread repeating Hannity/Lindsey Graham talking points on a daily basis.

Maybe those same Republicans that held those views from 20 years ago now realize all of the death and destruction this country has caused all over the world, not to mention trillions of US taxpayer money, wasn’t worth it at all. Maybe they’re tired of seeing homeless people, rampant shoplifting, and drug addiction in their neighborhoods while we dole out another $60 billion to Ukraine, and another $14 billion worth of bombs for Israel so they can continue leveling Gaza. I mean isn’t that what Biden and Schumer want? More money for more death and destruction? That’s the most pressing issue in this country for them. Passing bills to manufacture more bombs to drop on other nations and kill hundreds of thousands more.

And you guys wonder why the rest of the world see the US as the biggest terrorists.

I see that you took lessons on how to lie using asinine verbiage from Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Ben Shapiro, Sean Hannity, Charlie Kirk, Michael Savage, Larry Elder, Dennis Prager, Jim Quinn, Lars Larson, Joe Pags, Bill O'Reilly, Laura Ingraham, Michael Medved, Oliver North, Dan Bongino, Fucker Carlson, Ken Matthews and rejects from the FSB. Nice but needs more work. Lots more work. A shit ton of work. And then some.

edit - Did I mention the Trump kids? No? My bad. Yeah them too.

Russia isn't getting CNC tooling bits from a Taiwanese company anymore -- imagine the deals Russia has going in places we wouldn't have presumed that haven't been detected yet. For every 1 that gets exposed there's probably 9 more ongoing.

No, you've got it all wrong. The republican party invented cancel culture with the red scare and kept it up through the cold war. Shouldn't have to remind you how many people got cancelled during the 2003 Iraq war for not believing the WMD nonsense.
And republicans are still mostly supportive of Israel today and are still pro war, just happy to sabotage democrat president while he's in office. Out of the 4-5 dozen US reps/senators calling for a ceasefire (many of them progressives), I don't think there is a single republican, may be just 1 or 2 reps.
And no, you're just repeating the right wing myth that democrats cause homelessness, shoplifting and drug addiction.

You'll only confuse the magats with facts. Myths and outright delusions are all they have, as they continue to prove.

I'm sure everyone remembers what happened to The Dixie Chicks when they spoke out against Cheney's Adventure. Which party continues to lead the way against boycotts, specifically ones aimed at Israel? If you think its the Dems I had bad news: you're as clueless and possibly as dishonest as the asshoppin cyka here.

Leave Tucker out of this and answer the question Yuri.

As a lover of the first amendment you should be fully supportive of him writing whatever he wants about the Russian government, even a 'hit piece'.

Can you confirm that you condemn Putin for his violation of free speech?

Damn - no EOD suit . Guess the funds for that went towards paintings in someone's Dacha.

In all fairness, I've seen Ukrainians do the same thing. They just use a much longer stick, and I suspect it's only for mines that have been identified as small, the kind only trying to remove your foot. Toe poppers and such.

I still can't get over the fact that someone came up with anti mine shoes. They offer a measure of barrier protection but also give the wearer a good 10" or so elevation from the ground, which makes a lot of difference for the victim. Spreads out the users weight over a wider, less focused area so the mine may not be triggered in the first place too. Pretty cool. Nothing you want to run in though.

Something very large has exploded in Izhevsk.

Budanov Catering make another delivery I wonder? That sounds out of range for the Beavers.

Whatever they hit it sure loved high order oxidation. Maybe some new arrivals from Iran, or a TOS or two? Only thing we can be sure of at this point is anything that potent or numerous used to be quite valuable to the orcs. Bravo Ukraine or Russian resistance, whatever.

Some indications may have been a ballistic missile motor testing and production site.

Imagine being so fucking dumb you cite Russia and conservatives as being a beacon of free speech. You can't even hold a piece of white paper in Moscow protesting the war.
