I think the Russian attacks on energy infrastructure were targeting distribution facilities like transformer stations and not power generation plants similar to what the US did in Iraq. Transformer stations can be fixed alot more easily and faster compared to a big fossil fuel power station getting destroyed. Don't recall Ukrainian energy infrastructure getting targeted that much in 2023.Russian strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure are not new. Some of us remember when they explicitly tried to freeze the Ukrainians to death over the winter of 22-23.
