A fake 'hypersonic missile' (as in, one defined as capable of reaching but non-maneuverable at hypersonic speeds) is relatively easy, in fact both the US and USSR were capable of in what, the 50's? It's still a feat as of a half century ago, but it's less impressive now.
Not my forte, but I'd guess that missiles suffer less than 100k g's at max q (or whatever non-ballistics use for max-q).
