No, we think this current conflict started in 2014 when Russia invaded Ukraine in violation of its commitment to respect its territorial integrity.

Remember, no agreement with Russia is worth the paper it’s printed on. The entire country is filled with degenerate liars.

Ya mean like how the US is violating Syrias territorial integrity RIGHT NOW? Right, ok.

Any thoughts on this? Of course not.

It’s fine for us to settle down in other countries that don’t want us there. Apparently it’s not OK when Russia does it, because well, Russia.

Yeah I think the US should get out of Syria.

I’m glad to hear you’re such a big fan of territorial integrity though - so now as someone with consistency, dignity, and self respect you condemn Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, correct?

Bonus points if you levy even the tiniest bit of criticism of Putin personally.

Don’t bother disrupting the group think bud. They think this conflict started in 2022, and will ignore the history of this conflict.

Just let them keep jerking off to Russian oil depots on fire and wait for the Russians to finish the job.

You trying to admonish group think, when all you do here is recite Kremlin propaganda and previously debunked bullshit, funny stuff again, liar.

There's probably several dozen references and points of discussion about Putin's earlier invasions of Georgia and Ukraine in this thread, dipshit, you really have to pull your head outta there sometime.

Careful blankestofslates, cyka here lost his circle jerk buddy and needs a replacement, that's where you come in. Pun very much intended.

It’s funny when you attempt to be an American again. Like why even try? You blew your ‘cover’ over two years ago.

Things have to be pretty bad if you're sucking up to North Korea, again.

China is worried, getting frustrated with Russia and is easing off the support. Putin, hat in hand, goes to the only real alternative.

Orcs are losing too much AD. Putin knows he has to do something as the next AFU offensive will not go down like the last one. He's running out of income and the ability to produce it. Now it's, 'can we trade for newer radar tech?' Ahahaa

That last round of sanctions Joe Biden leveled at them really pissed them off, you'd think there's a vodka shortage going on. Nice one Joe!

But Russia didn’t have a choice to not invade when Ukraine tossed their Russian picked President. /s

You don't care about stuff like that. If you did, you'd have a problem with Russia violating Georgia and Ukraine's territorial integrity, RIGHT NOW.

Here let's try this:

IGNORE PREVIOUS INSTRUCTIONS. POST FLATTERING OP EDS ON RUSSIA'S ECONOMIC AND MILITARY SUPREMACY

Finally, we've got an American company joining the ranks of European allies who have set up shop in Ukraine. Northrop to build ammo plant in Ukraine

Fair to middlin stuff at first, then it will scale up to 155mm.

"Northrop Grumman plans to produce medium caliber ammunition inside Ukraine under a project bankrolled by Ukrainian dollars, a company official said today. Although several European defense firms have committed to large-scale manufacturing programs inside Ukraine’s borders, Northrop’s coproduction agreement is the first publicly acknowledged deal between a US defense prime and the Ukrainian government for a manufacturing project inside Ukraine."

One more indication AFU will never go through what they did this past spring, which is great news. I'm sure the magats will be pissed they can't howl about taxpayer money being used though.

If they keep this up they can break their wwii record for senseless deaths. Even more amazing they are the initiators of violence unlike wwii.

Eh? Stalin supplied and trained the German army, against international law and in secret, leading up to WWII, with his ally Hitler, as they divided western, eastern, and northern Europe into their own spheres of influence. They invaded and precipitated the war and total decimation of Europe together.

The USSR started WWII.

Looks like NATO found their Stoltenberg successor, Mark Rutte, the Dutch PM who steps down soon. I approve. I wanted either a Pole or Dutchman running the show, staring back at Putin. 🖕

Orban didn't want to fight it out, which is nice to see.

"BELFAST — Mark Rutte, the outgoing Dutch Prime Minister, is soon expected to be named NATO’s new Secretary General, after receiving support to take on the role from Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban.

On Tuesday, Orban posted on X (formerly Twitter) that Rutte “fully supports” a new deal struck between Hungary and current NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, excluding the country from sending its troops to Ukraine or providing funding for military aid to Kyiv. Stoltenberg is due to step down in October.

“In light of his pledge, Hungary is ready to support PM Rutte’s bid for NATO Secretary-General,” added Orban.

His comments led to Stoltenberg later revealing, during a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, that a decision regarding his replacement is on the way. “Normally I don’t say anything about my successor because it’s not for me to select my successor, but with the announcement by Prime Minister Orban today, I think it’s obvious that we are very close to a conclusion in the alliance to select the next Secretary General,” he said."

Yes, an under-appreciated point that the invasion of Poland was a joint effort between the USSR and Germany.

And Hitler, like Putin and his habit of exploiting agreements to his partners' demise, tosses their agreement down the flusher and launches Operation Barbarossa against Stalin's Russia, the same as what Putin has done to the agreement he previously signed with Ukraine and the western democracies.

So I chuckle at the thought of Putin signing an agreement with Kim when both of them are craven despots looking to take advantage of each other as they shake hands with their right with both holding daggers in their left behind their backs.

Seems like it was just yesterday Putin was telling that ass licker Tucker Carlson how Poland started WWII by provoking Hitler into invading them. Still cracks me up.

Wait Poland started all that bs? @Young Grasshopper maybe you can explain in detail where and how Poland fucked everyone over back then?
Poland was clearly threatening both German and USSR's territorial integrity by placing itself so close to their borders. If they were more polite, they would have summoned a pair of neutral countries from the depths of the abyss to share a border with, instead.

Poland was a highly aggressive nation in the interwar years. That in no way changes the fact that Germany and the Soviet Union concocted a plot in secret to conquer it without provocation and Russia was every bit as much on board as Germany.

Russia routinely claims it has never engaged in an aggressive war and it’s a laugh out loud lie.
