Hmm, seems like Nord Stream 2 managed to decommission itself! Although not shipping gas, previously it was just a flip of a few compressors away from full operation - being already filled and pressurized with linepack gas.

So that asteroid NASA is giving a nudge in a few minutes… just thinking out loud here, could it ‘by accident’ be nudged in over, say, for example, Russia?

Reports from Odessa indicate the city came under attack by Russian operated Shahid 136s again, all of which appear to have been shot down.

Just a word for those having a go at Michael.

Do you not have a go at republicans for relying exclusively on Faux News and living inside a bubble?

Have a look in the fucking mirror please.

-Sure.

-All the fucking time.

-Do your legwork, then flap mouth.

He's a big boy, he can flail about and embarrass himself on his own. I wouldn't worry about it.

The shots at me are weak and boring. I will just post what I want like I always do and have here for decades. Zero need to worry about me.

Ironically, you ignoring every point put to you before but replying now strikes me as pretty weak and boring actually. Certainly speaks to you worrying about something, cuz here you are.

But hey, you're including links now. Congrats on the change in behavior that you totally didn't make. Glad we all agree on that last point, isn't consensus fun?

Telling conscripts to source medical supplies from home? Damn. Quite the confidence builder that.

Can't say I ever thought I'd see tens of thousands of Russians fleeing Putin's regime on foot. RT and Kremlin are going to working overtime spinning this. At what point does it stop being a 'brain drain' and instead a whole 'body drain' for the country?

Get out while you can folks, I don't blame you one bit, though I bet the Georgians are getting antsy. This can't be reassuring given they were the last victim of Russian language protection.

A big story this week is the mass unrest in (Muslim region of Russia) Dagestan. The land of Khabib the fighter. Already very many (highest of any parts of Russia) people from there have gone to war on contract (due to lack of other opportunities) and many died. Very communal people, so every funeral is whole village affair. So conscription on top of it went over like a lead balloon. It's a minefield there for Putin if he mishandles it. They pride themselves on manliness and not backing down from a fight, and mountainous terrain is prime for guerrilla warfare. Russia can't afford an internal conflict now.
Many videos on this Telegram channel:

Best course of action would be for Russia to back down on mobilization there. It'll cost them more troops to pacify the region than they still can draft there. But Putin seems to always pick the worst option for himself.

There is a universe where he just took the rest of Donbas and the world mostly shrugs at him but does a few sanctions.

Never get high on your own supply.

Evidence of Russia pulling soldiers from their Strategic Nuclear Forces to fight in Ukraine.

wow putler actually deployed the trainers to fight.

even if most of them somehow survive the end of the war, i cant imagine many of them sticking around if he is still in power.

this with the sanctions blocking the advanced electronics needed for the afv, aircraft and munitions; it will take at least a decade for russia to rebuild their forces to anywhere close to the original paper tiger status prior to the war.

Russian KIA numbers are much lower than the close to 50K number the daily graphic uses according to NY Times.
The Ukrainian Government graphic that shows the personnel and vehicle losses shows total enemy combatants - Russian Army, Wagner 'consultants', LNR 'volunteers' - if they wear white or red and they are dead, they get counted. From my understanding of other numbers floating around, they are only counting Russian Army.

Might not have reached that yet, but cant help thinking of Hitlers final mobilization in last months of war involving anyone capable of holding a weapon from 16 to 60 years of age (the Volkssturm or 'peoples army').

If one province can avoid mobilization by resisting, it inspires other provinces to do the same, and he loses his grip. I don't see Putin backing down.

EDIT: Well I was clearly wrong, lol
