It was Trump's bad behavior in general when he was president that caused the US voters to elect Biden thus setting up the world for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Meaning if Trump was never elected then we wouldn't be facing WW3. Only just my opinion. The odds that Russia doesn't finish the job they've already started, of permanently trashing the largest nuclear plant in Europe, when they are forced to withdraw: near zero. Only real question is do the Russians cause a large-scale radiation leak in so doing or not.
