Sorry bud, but there is nothing heroic about throwing troops into the Russian meatgrinder in Bahkmut, just so you can say Bahkmut has fallen this week vs last week. It is cowardly, cruel and foolish.

BTW you know who else agrees with me? The White House:

So as you can see, according to the White House, the smart move is to cut your losses, and plan an offensive in a different part of the country.

BTW guess who did JUST that? Vladimir Putin.

It’s good to see the Pentagon paying attention to Russian warfare tactics. Seems like they are learning a thing or two.

Zelensky it seems is too cowardly to admit defeat anywhere and would rather sacrifice troops to prolong the inevitable for as long as possible. He should have put his big boy pants on, pulled his troops from Bahkmut months ago and planned an offensive in a more advantageous area like his handlers at the White House told him to.

It's the Russians getting ground into meat dumbfuck, losing up to 5k a week. If you knew anything about military tactics you wouldn't be braying about the Russians paying through the nose for mere inches at a time. The Ukrainians are punching well above their weight for such a smaller opponent and making their own decisions about the battle.

A moron like you doesn't get to opine on what is smart. A fascist prick like you doesn't get to opine what is cruel. A coward like you doesn't get to opine on what heroism is. We've been over this.

Don't apologize to me, apologize to the people around you in life that have to deal with your commitment to dishonesty and abject ignorance. The apathy you have towards war crimes, murder, torture and kidnapping is both amazing and disgusting.

Yeah continuing to throw troops into the Russian meat grinder sure is heroic huh? I guess as long as it’s not Zelensky family members, but someone else’s child/brother/husband, it’s totally fine.

What is courageous is withdrawing your troops from Kherson to save lives, dealing with the political blowback, then reusing those same troops to go on a counteroffensive and take Bakhmut. That is courageous bud.

Not throwing bodies into an unwinnable battle to delay the inevitable. That’s called cowardly.

I am not sure you get to talk about who is and who is not a coward. Putin has repeatedly asked you to step and join the front line yet you stay here posting dreck like the above post. Putin needs you to soak up a $.50 bullet that would have killed a better trained soldier why are you still here?

Grow a pair and go receive your ‘peace’.

Largest tank battle of the war so far, UKR wins:

The new Russian armor turned up earlier — and in its first wide-scale deployment was decimated.

A three-week battle on a plain near the coal-mining town of Vuhledar in southern Ukraine produced what Ukrainian officials say was the biggest tank battle of the war so far, and a stinging setback for the Russians.

When it was over, not only had Russia failed to capture Vuhledar, but it also had made the same mistake that cost Moscow hundreds of tanks earlier in the war: advancing tank columns into ambushes.

In one indication that Russia is running short of experienced tank commanders, Ukrainian soldiers said they captured a medic who had been reassigned to operate a tank.

hm.. title is kinda misleading.
it wasnt mainly ukr tanks vs russian tanks.
it was ukr mines, shoulder mounted anti-tank, and artillery vs russian tanks sent into the meat grinder.

Idiot russian generals or making ukr use up their ammo in a battle of attrition?
(Which is also a dumb plan since UKR has basically unlimited ammo from donations from the World)

President Volodymyr Zelensky has more integrity and courage in one of his toenails than you will ever have. You are a punk and a sorry excuse for a human being. You have just about worn out your welcome on this forum. You disgust me.

Zelensky having courage? Funny stuff:

“I knew Zelensky was under threat, in a bunker… I said to [Putin], ‘Do you intend to kill Zelensky?’ He said, ‘I won’t kill Zelensky,’” Bennett recalled in the interview, which was published on his own YouTube channel.

“I need to understand. Are you giving me your word that you won’t kill Zelensky?” Bennett said he asked Putin.

Bennett said the Russian president repeated: “I won’t kill Zelensky.”

Bennett said he called the Ukrainian president immediately after the three-hour encounter with Putin, and told him, “I’ve just come out of a meeting — [Putin] is not going to kill you.

“[Zelensky] asked me, ‘Are you sure?’ I said 100 percent. [Putin’s] not going to kill you.”

Bennett recalled: “Two hours later, Zelensky went to his office, and did a selfie in the office, [in which the Ukrainian president said,] ‘I’m not afraid.’”

Sure does sound like a courageous man huh?

Zelensky needs to get off his high horse and negotiate a peace deal already. Give up the Donbass region to Putin and recognize Crimea as part of Russia. The Ukrainian government has been shelling the Donbass for 8 years anyway. Bet you that’s all it takes to end this bloody war and Ukrainians and Russians can go back to living a normal life.

Lol - now it’s Ukraine’s fault Russia invaded them?

I don’t know why you choose to lie this transparently. Don’t you have any dignity or self respect? Also, it’s counterproductive to your goal of spreading Russian propaganda. When you lie about stupid things like this it makes people not take you seriously so future lies you’re looking to tell them will be less effective.

The very next paragraph:
According to unconfirmed reports, multiple assassination attempts against Zelensky have been thwarted since the start of Russia’s invasion.
lol.

Putin also said he wouldn’t invade Ukraine. He lies about everything so what he says is meaningless. His words are worthless.

Ukraine also said they wanted peace, and signed a peace agreement with Russia in the Minks accords. Never implemented it and used the time to build up their military to go to war with Russia.

They lied.

See how that works?

I am amazed at how many people here are perfectly fine with depleting our treasury of nearly 150 billion US tax dollars for a non NATO country.

If they’re a NATO country, sure. But the US owes NOTHING to Ukraine, and we’re better off using this money for our own people instead of going around trying to police the world.

We’ve lost our last war in Afghanistan and we’re going to lose this one as well, especially if China gets involved. China is not going to sit around and see their closest ally lose this war. They will step in if needed.

The only winners here are fossil fuel companies and the military industrial complex. Everyone else loses.

Russia never implemented the Minsk accords either, but regardless by that point Russia had already been invading Ukraine for years. (And lying about that too)

There would be no war if Russia had not illegally invaded Ukraine. Period.

I like how the threat was Ukraine building up its military to fight Russia. Of course they were doing that, Russia was currently invading them!

What part of Russia invading neighboring countries, getting stronger and later becoming a bigger headache for NATO countries is hard to understand?

The reason we’re doing it is that Russia will not stop invading its neighbors until forced to.

Russia has already lost this war, it’s only because Putin knows he will be overthrown or killed if he withdraws that Russia continues to send thousands of their sons to their deaths.

If the US wanted to actually enter this war we ould obliterate the Russian army in short order. It’s revealed itself to be a joke. Look at what our JV squad just did to them - imagine how bad it would be if the US decided to really involve itself.

As far as everyone losing I agree! Russia could end this tomorrow if they wanted by withdrawing their invasion. Sadly, Russia wants the war to continue.
