War crimes are basically nothing more than an oversized BINGO card for Russia. Not just veto, there's also the filibuster in the Senate.
Saw some posts on Reddit claiming Russians have thrown off uniforms and will attempt to the attack Ukrainian troops in Kherson dressed as civilians. That would of course be a war crime.
They're not quite up to 100% on independently documented violations for every single one of the 34 listed war-crimes, using the limited list defined by UN Rome Statute of the International Court for an international conflict, but I'd put them scoring at around 90% of all listed war crimes achieved so far against Ukraine (most line items repeatedly violated, apparently as standard operating procedure for Russia), with the other ~10% or so not (yet) proven.
