The source I am hearing from "over there," are at about 800-900 deaths per day on the Russian side over the last week+. I don't really have anything to link for that, however.
Ukraine should be open to negotiations, but I doubt Russia will accept the minimum terms that I'd consider if I were Ukraine, and I'd probably be more flexible than Zelensky/Ukraine will be...Sorry to toss on the cold water:

It would be nice if they could hit that bridge again - as for starlink - I can see initial service being around 2500K a but i would think there would be a 'scaling' discount for a large number of units ukraine has. This isn't like cable or wifi - putting the sats in orbit cost a bit of money and the service hasn't reached scalability yet with regards to user. Still for the type of money he is charging it would be nice if DOD sent up their own sats and to run the serviceCrimean bridge repair work:

This is great news for Ukraine as I’m sure you agree. Russia is expending its best troops to accomplish nothing.https://www.nytimes.com/live/2022/11/06/world/ukraine-war-news-russia-updates

I would, assuming ‘lost’ means that they will not accomplish the objectives they had when they invaded.^^^ I wouldn't say they've lost.
^^^ I wouldn't say they've lost.
Because there were a series of posts about the big Russian losses and when I went looking for something on it, instead I saw that the NYT was talking about Russian advances. Not sure why you leap to portray this in the way you do.
