I personally doubt that Ukraine needs endless javelin and stinger. They now need shells, armor, ATACMS, anti-air, etc. moving them to F16 is probably impractical, he’s correct that they can’t do much maintenance inside of Ukraine on more advanced western systems (although not none either.)

If Russia is going to deliver a lot of conscripts to the front Ukraine needs to make their lives miserable via artillery. The artillery shell crunch is probably the biggest pressure point as there is a finite supply out there, and whoever runs short first will have major issues.

Ukraine's major present needs probably in order:

Air defense - Short, Medium, and Long Range.
Longer range strike capability (ER-GMLRS, GLSDB, ATACMS).
Munitions/parts for existing systems and replacements for lost systems, esp artillery.
Tanks and IFVs.

Unless we are willing to supply Ukraine with a lot of our standoff range air to ground capability US aircraft probably aren't all that helpful right now. I'm warming up a bit to the MQ-9 if it can mount 8 SDBs tho. Delivering more ex-Soviet aircraft they are familiar with and keeping them in munitions for them probably best overall..

Lots of mobile generators and diesel fuel would help. The Ukrainian gov't could at least setup 'warming stations' in buildings that aren't bombed out. People get warm, take a hot show/bath and get hot food. I wish someone/organization with prestige would start a project along those lines. I'd contribute. It's got to be terrible now, and it's only going to get worse. Oh, and a shed ton of firewood or coal (and stoves) would help. Not the time to worry about fossil fuels in at least this one country.

There was a report from the Czech arms company Excalibur that Morocco will forgo delivery of 30 T-72M tanks that will instead be provided to Ukraine. This is subsequent to Morocco providing tank parts recently as well to Ukraine at EU/US request. Morocco is in the process of switching to the Abrams.

The country sees its future as a huge renewable energy exporter to Europe via electricity and green hydrogen so good relations is more important for them.
