Apart from formal, public statements of support, China will do nothing dramatic in terms of military support. They will give as much small scale, secret munitions support as they can get away with, but nothing that would tip the balance of power towards Russia.

For one, large scale support would not enable Russia to defeat Ukraine. It would only enable Russia to prolong the war. China does not want the trade disruption that prolonging the Ukraine was would, well, prolong.

South Korea itself would not prefer to sell completed munitions for use in Ukraine. The US Army has been buying from them but only to backfill what we're sending to Ukraine, not for re-export. I'm sure they'd be willing to sell bulk explosive filler (TNT and Comp B) plus propellant.
