Much of any growth is in its own arms industry which means it is basically the government subsidizing that over consumer goods and cannibalizing much of the skilled labour. The majority of Russian mortgages are underwater and their actual inflation rate is into the double digits.
Other than that, I suppose it's going swimmingly.
